  • Familiar with Canadian National Debating Format (CNDF) and possibly British Parliamentary (BP) format

  • Comfortable participating in debates; able to give speeches confidently

  • Consistently meets speaking time requirements

  • Likely attended various tournaments/competitions

  • Expanding scope of knowledge

  • Working on debating strategy

  • Demonstrates proficiency in both CNDF and BP formats
